This Shamanic Group is based in Felixstowe, Suffolk and is based on:  Celtic and Native American and Mayan Shamanism.

We are working to cover many aspects of shamanism from:
Sacred Drumming/Shamanic Journeying to other worlds/Soul-Retieval/Working with Power Animals/ Healing Ceremonies/Shamanic Dance/The Celtic Wheel Of The Year/Working with Nature Spirits/Shamanic Crafts.
 Shamanic Extraction/Chanting and more!

 The cost of the day is £35 please bring packed lunch.
Time 10am-4pm.

This was a beautiful, magical day when the group worked with the tree spirits, the group gained much wisdom and knowledge from the tree spirits which are called " Dryads. "

We started the day with blessings, prayers and offerings to the spirits of these local woods, we asked permission to enter these woods. This was done at the opening of the woods which is a magical threshold where spirits guard the woods.

Healing was also performed to the spirit of the land, as these local woods are under threat from a road plan!.

We made this sacred Medicine Wheel with sacred objects washed up onto the beach, we used feathers, seaweed, wood, and many different stones and shells, the centre pole was found washed up on the beach and we used this to represent the world tree.

This was made on 14/08/04.
we were working with the dark moon to remove negative blockages within ourselves.
We were also working with the spirits of the land to
help  remove and heal negative energy, and for the world at large, we replaced the nagative energy with peace and healing from our hearts, we sang sacred songs to bring much balance to one and all.
We blessed the land before working.

 This was a very special day as I only changed the venue for Crossways group the night before, at the last moment I tuned into the energy and I was inspired to change the venue to this location in Felixstowe. It all came clear when some people from the Wildlife Trust came over to us and asked us what we where doing, when we explained they were very intrested they explained to us that they had only had just opened this part of the beach up that morning. Up till that morning it had all been fenced off and they had not long taken down the fencing, we were the first people on this part of the beach for a few years!! 
This only goes to show how powerful shamanism is and if we only go with the flow! To live ourlives in a sacred way, the spirits will show us what needs to be taken care of.
As a priestess I find things like this very moving and humbling experiance and to me this is a very inportant part of being a priestess,
to bless and look after the land we live in, to help heal and bring balance to the land will bring balance to ourselves and the community. 

The spirits wanted this land blessed and we were very grateful for the opportunity for this.
