Hello and blessings to all! And a very late happy new year! lol I am so crap at keeping a dairy! And I do wish to share my meditations and inspirations with you all, well here we go and I will try and do my best in leaving a post on my blog like an invisible diary but all to see.

This year feels like its going to be a “Good vibe” year and I feel the theme will be “healing” for the self and others, for spiritual healing to healing of relationships a year of the 8 the strength card out the Tarot a time of finding emotional balance and bring a calm feeling to world and inner peace being found within your own “heart” and to recognize your own heart in others, the Tibetan monks believe that in order to over come trauma you need to come for the heart that’s why they can endure a lot of physical pain as they come from the heart and raise their vibrations to a higher level of consciousness, this is why western people have such a low pain threshold because western people have egos, low vibrations of consciousness and look for a quick cure to their health problems and only cure the illness and not the real cause of the illness thus the illness keeps returning or bring on other illness for alternative healing ways and spirituality heals the “whole” and not just the symptom.

 
So look and eating whole foods that are natural treat your body nice inside and out for when we eat the right foods that are “alive foods” we take that energy within are whole system and enters not only your blood stream but your spiritual bodies too your aura and thus has a massive impact in your spiritual life. So if you are a therapist, healer or just wishing to develop your spirituality and psychic abilities look at healing yourself with “Live foods” to life your vibrations for meditations and spiritual insights and keep the connection to spirit open with a “healthy body healthy mind”.

 
I have really change my eating habits most of you will not know this but I have had a eating disorder all my life and kept it quite to myself and finally after many years of healing I have had “break through”. This started last May and finally this year I am eating healthy and what a difference to my spiritual bodies and connections to spirit, I feel new warmth within my solar plexus that I have never had before and I am back meditating under my pyramid with my beautiful crystal friends, perhaps I now have found a balance and healing to my body and in turn this will heal my sprit and emotional bodies, I see my new found “Health eating spirituality” to be profound and enlightening as this is a long term healing to my body to give thanks to my psychical body and be more kind and gentle  how refreshing I feel to eat live foods and not yo-yo diet any more, at last I have found a balance that works for my mind body and spirit and my inner body the inner organs even feel better!

 
I have also been really working with my crystals and Reiki healing energy on my heart chakra and solar plexus and sacral chakra to help heal my inner organs for the years of abuse of yo-yo diets and laxatives, what a start to the year!  I can now walk away from Bad foods that are dead of energy and eat live foods veg and fruit and seeds cereals, and so on, and I know these foods will heal me not Harm ME. Strong words I know but that what you need to change your mind set to that Dead Foods are bad and can harm me! 

 
So look at your life and see what needs healing and try and fin your way to heal yourself as we have the answer in our own HEARTS!
